- "Client", "you", "your" refers to any individual or entity using our website or engaging our services.

2. About Our Services
Finsova provides financial education services. Our programmes are designed to improve financial literacy and help individuals and families understand their personal financial situations. They are structured as educational engagements — not regulated financial advice, investment advice, or advisory services under the Financial Advisers Act (Cap. 110) of Singapore.
Nothing in our materials, sessions, or communications should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial product, or as advice on matters regulated under Singapore law. We encourage clients to consult appropriately licenced professionals for regulated financial services.
3. Enrolment and Payment
Enrolment in a programme is confirmed once full payment has been received, unless a written instalment arrangement has been agreed. Prices are as published on the website at the time of enrolment:
- Everyday Cash Flow Coaching: SGD 320
- Understanding CPF & National Schemes: SGD 210
- Family Financial Planning Advisory: SGD 980
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (PayNow), and major credit or debit cards. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future enrolments, with reasonable notice.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation by the client
- Cancellations made more than 7 business days before the first session: full refund, less a SGD 30 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made within 7 business days of the first session: 50% of the programme fee is refundable.
- Cancellations after the first session has commenced: no refund is available for the sessions already delivered. Remaining unused sessions may be credited at our discretion.
Cancellation by Finsova
If we need to cancel a programme due to circumstances within our control, we will offer a full refund or an equivalent rescheduled programme, at the client's preference. We accept no further liability in such circumstances.
Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule individual sessions must be made at least 48 hours in advance. We will accommodate rescheduling where possible, subject to availability. Repeated last-minute cancellations (two or more) may result in a SGD 50 rebooking fee per session.
5. Intellectual Property
All content produced by Finsova — including programme materials, worksheets, toolkits, templates, and written resources — remains our intellectual property. Clients are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for their own financial education purposes.
Materials may not be reproduced, redistributed, sold, or adapted without our prior written consent. This applies to both digital and printed formats.
6. Use of the Website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the website in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems
- Upload or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights
We reserve the right to restrict access to the website for users who breach these conditions.
7. Disclaimer
Our programmes and website content are provided for general educational purposes. While we take care to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties — express or implied — about the completeness, reliability, or suitability of the information for any particular purpose.
Financial circumstances vary widely between individuals. Content shared in our programmes reflects general principles and may not apply to every client's specific situation. Outcomes achieved through our programmes depend on individual circumstances and actions taken after sessions — we make no representations about specific financial results.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Finsova's total liability for any claim arising from use of our website or services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the programme in question.
We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of income, opportunity, or data, arising from use of our website or services — even where we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
9. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to external websites for reference purposes. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content of those sites. Accessing external links is done at your own discretion.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, unless alternative dispute resolution is agreed in writing by both parties.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the website or our services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
